TIME TRAVEL NEXUS PRESENTS . . .
Soda Pop Time Travel!
—Up in the ITTDB* Citadel last month, we had a little glitch, that caused the link to W.D. Howell’s excellent story “Christmas Every Day” to send you to the wrong place. The story is worth a read—and given its topic, perhaps multiple reads—so we went back in time and fixed the link just for you to read that Christmas story now. You won’t be disappointed!
Of course, as you’re reading, you may want to take a break for a refreshing bubbly drink, so this month, we’re bringing you a compendium of all the time travel soda pop (and maybe a beer or two) commercials we know of up in the Citadel, even those that have been banned by the People’s Republic of China’s General Bureau of Radio, Film, and Television. If you get bored, just skip down to the 7-Up mini-time-travel dramas. You won’t regret it!

How could the Chinese have possibly banned time travel when they’re making such classics as those? Ah, well. Please let us know if you run across any other bubbly time-travel ads, maybe even in this year’s Super Bowl commercials.
And don’t forget to head back here on the final Monday of February for our next presentation, a 1914 story of crime and time paradoxes. Until then, keep on trekkin’! —Michael
